OFM is also responsible for the Department’s overall response to external requests and initiatives from these agencies. It is also responsible for the centralized management of the Department’s administrative accounts payable and receivable portfolios. This includes processing recipient bank change requests and ensuring that all reporting, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution due dates are adhered to in accordance with OFM management approved deadlines. In addition, it establishes and manages the Department’s non-FSA improper payment risk assessments and reporting. The division also provides project management support to the Department.
